We teach traditional Wu style Tai Chi Chuan,
including the sabre, sword, whip, and spear
forms. We also teach push hands, self defense
and Chi Kung. Tai Chi Chuan benefits health,
fitness, calmness, coordindation, balance and
stability. Beginners and experienced alike may
join anytime.

Tai Chi Chuan classes fall & winter:
Saturdays 10am-12:00pm at 979 Rue Cote, Montreal, 2nd floor

Summer classes:
Wednesdays 7:00-8:30 PM at Stayner Park, Westmount
